Ordering and Shipping

We do over very best to get your orders out as fast as possible. Sometimes there may be a question about your order, so please use a valid email address! We don’t want any delays in receiving fantastic goodies, do we? Didn’t think so! Please double-check your address when checking out!! If there are any mistakes, notify us as soon as possible! If parcels are undeliverable and returned back to us, we will contact you about payment to re-ship or refunding your order minus shipping. If you are sending to an address other than your billing address, don’t be surprised if we call to confirm the order. It helps us if you leave a comment when checking out.

Ordering & Shipping

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.
  • Any coupons or discounts that you want to use must be used at the time of checkout. Refunds are not given after the fact.
  • We charge 7.50% tax on orders shipped within the state of California.
  • Make sure you read the first paragraph!
  • Please use a valid email address so that you can receive updates on your order status. Your email will not be used for anything other than Grumpy Treasures Thrift & Consignment contacting you in regards to your order, updates, or info that you have requested.
  • Any item(s) ordered that happen to be out of stock, you will be emailed asking if you prefer a refund, store credit or substitute.
  • We usually dispatch your order on the same day if payment is received and cleared prior to 2pm.
  • Shipping costs are negotiable, and we do combine shipping on different items purchased. We ship merchandise using USPS, UPS and Fed Ex mail. Smaller items like some books are shipped by media mail and all other items are shipped by priority mail. This allow us to provide tracking to our customers on all orders shipped.

  1. Media Mail (2-8 days) $4.00
  2. Priority Mail (1-3 days) $5.35-$15.95
  3. Express Mail (1-2 days) $20.00 or more depending on weight of item
  4. International (please contact us prior to purchase for rates)

All merchandise shipping rates are listed within each item. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • U.S. customers can purchase insurance to protect against loss or damage during checkout. U.S. orders will have tracking/delivery confirmation included in the shipping cost.  Grumpy Treasures Thrift & Consignment is not liable for orders that get lost, damaged or rifled through that have not been insured.
  • Grumpy Treasures Thrift & Consignment does re-use packaging! A little less for the landfill for the moment, plus it helps to keep costs down. The majority of packaging is new, however don’t be surprised if the cardboard used to keep your paper items from bending is a panel from a cereal box or the envelope has had an address label on it at one time ;D Packing peanuts are never bought new at Grumpy Treasures Thrift & Consignment. Reuse that styrofoam!
  • If your order is bulky or heavier than what the rates above cover, I may contact you about an extra payment to get your goods shipped out. Please contact noel@grumpytreasures.com if you have any questions. Expedited shipping is an option that is available at your request. It’s pretty spendy, but if you need your goods faster than what Priority Mail can deliver, please contact us for shipping rates.
